Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment planning: responsible for the development of the company's recruitment plan to ensure that the company to recruit employees to meet the requirements, and to ensure the effective implementation of the plan.

Resume screening: Be responsible for screening the resumes submitted by job seekers to determine the job seekers who best meet the company's recruitment requirements.

Interview arrangement: responsible for arranging the company's interview time and ensuring the smooth progress of the interview.

Recruitment effect evaluation: responsible for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the recruitment work, and propose improvement measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the company's recruitment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above

Familiar with the recruitment process and skills, skilled recruitment skills and keen insight.

Good communication and leadership skills, able to communicate effectively with job seekers and company leadership.
